All of our documents are in PDF format and require the latest version of Adobe Reader, which you can get here. Many of our PDFs are interactive; that means you can fill out forms right from the comfort of your home! Right click on the link, then "Save link as" to download file.

Our Oakridge Event Contract, as well as our Staff Application, are set up as interactive PDFs for your convenience. Simply fill out the form in Adobe Reader, save it as a file on your computer, and send it to Oakridge@OakridgeMinistries.net and Oakridge will contact you upon receipt of your completed contract or application.

Note: Be sure to fill out interactive PDFs in Adobe Reader to ensure the safety of your information - NOT an internet browser! If you don't hear from Oakridge within 3 days, give us a call! Your contract or application may have gotten lost in the world wide web.
