Our Oakridge Event Contract, as well as our Staff Application, are set up as interactive PDFs for your convenience. Simply fill out the form, save it as a file on your computer, and send it to Oakridge@OakridgeMinistries.net and Oakridge will contact you upon receipt of your completed contract or application.
