Oakridge has staff families that reside on-site and other youth and young adults serving on staff as well.
Whether it's a day, week, summer or full year, your time at Oakridge will be a wonderful opportunity to
"unplug" from your normal environment and focus on the Lord Jesus.
It is the chance to complete ordinary tasks like raking, serving food, washing dishes, cleaning messes,
painting, etc. for an extraordinary purpose - honoring the Lord by serving people and living in community.
Staff responsibilities Include
Assisting in Oakridge Ministry development in many areas, such as food service, housekeeping, recreation, camp maintenance, landscaping, office, Snack Shack and concessions, Summer Camp counseling, Oakridge programs, music, church ministry, etc. Your assigned responsibilities will depend on your personal gifts, abilities, and experience. All Staff will be given opportunities for personal growth in the areas of discipleship training, Bible study and memorization, and spiritual disciplines.
